About

Welcome to Bitsy. So happy you landed here.

All my life, I’ve loved clothes. I love the fabric, the textures, the patterns and the details—but most of all, I love how clothes can make you feel. What we wear can change the way we take on the day, the way the world sees us, and even the way we see ourselves.

My love of clothing and style began with my mom, who took such care in dressing my sisters and me. I was the opposite of so many kids—I loved hand-me-downs. They felt special, timeless and full of character. Years later, many of those same pieces have found new life on my daughters, Lucy + Greer, and my nieces, often with a modern twist.

My career in the fashion industry only deepened that love and taught me to appreciate the little things that make a piece feel truly special: beautiful fabrics, thoughtful details, craftsmanship and a point of view.

When I became a mom, I found myself searching for those same qualities in children's clothing. I wanted pieces that felt beautiful but not overly precious, classic but not expected, and—most importantly—different from what you see everywhere else.

That search eventually took me beyond traditional children's boutiques and into the markets, small shops and artisan communities of Europe—and to the independent makers, designers and hidden gems right here in the U.S.

Bitsy Style is now a collection of those discoveries.

I travel near and far, scouting European markets, little towns, independent shops, American makers and unexpected places in search of beautiful children's clothing and goods. I’m drawn to the things that have a sense of place—a hand-knit sweater from a little village, a beautifully embroidered dress, a pair of tiny leather shoes, a vintage storybook, a piece from a small American maker, or a one-of-a-kind treasure that simply makes you smile.

Rather than bringing you everything, I want to bring you the special things.

Bitsy is a curated, seasonal collection inspired by the places I visit and the people I meet along the way. Many pieces are made in small quantities, and some may only find their way to Bitsy once.

Because to me, the best part of getting dressed has always been the discovery.

I hope Bitsy inspires you to see children's style a little differently—to mix the old with the new, embrace the unexpected, and create a style that feels uniquely your own.

And most of all, I hope you find something here that makes you—or your little one—feel a little bit magical.
